WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

The buyer may cancel their order within 60 minutes of creating and submitting the purchase if the order has not already been processed & shipped. Do note that we cannot make changes to an order once it’s been processed & shipped.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ORDERING?

Payment options Savage Babe Collection accepts include:

  • Debit or credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB Global, and Union Pay.

  • PayPal

  • Cash is only accepted for in-person transactions.

Please allow time for your order to process and be accepted. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STOLEN?

​Once we have transferred your package to the post office and you receive a confirmation email with your shipping/tracking ID, ​​your package is no longer in the hands of Savage Babe Collection. We aren't responsible for events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. We will do our best to assist our customers regarding their missing packages. Please wait until after the package's scheduled delivery to contact your local post office to file a claim.
