WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO RETURN?

The buyer may return anything EXCLUDING:

  • Socks
  • Sports Bras
  • Underwear

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Yes, the buyer may return an item within 30 days and receive a full refund or In-Store Credit on the item price (excludes shipping & handling costs, and we take into consideration any promotional or discount codes that have been applied, and that includes ambassador, affiliate, and one-time use only codes) as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed if they not satisfied with the purchase.

Our return policy states:

  • Savage Babe only refunds to the buyer the item price (of the returned item) that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase.
  • Savage Babe does not reimburse for shipping & handling costs prior to and after return of the item.
  • Buyer must cover shipping & handling costs for returned item.

CAN I RETURN A DISCOUNTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Unfortunately no you will not be able to return the item. Our return policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON AN ITEM IF I RETURN IT?

Only within the 30-days after the date of purchase may the buyer will receive a full refund on the item price (of the returned item)  that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase. Unfortunately, the buyer will not receive reimbursement of any shipping & handling costs. However, our return policy states that you will not be able to get a refund or exchange any item that was discounted or sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

 

WHAT IF IT'S AFTER THE 30-DAY WINDOW? CAN I STILL RETURN THE ITEM & GET MY MONEY BACK?

After the 30-day window, refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE POLICIES?

Q. Can I exchange an item for another style or size?

Yes, for the allowed items that were not discounted when you purchased it, within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item, as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed. The buyer will be able to exchange the item for another style or size as long the item and its size are still in stock. Unfortunately, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe for exchanged items, so the buyer will need to cover those expenses.

Consider the following examples:

  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another size. As long the size in that same item is still available, the buyer will be able to exchange their shirt. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.
  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another shirt. As long as both shirts are in stock, the buyer will be able to exchange the shirt for another style. A credit for the amount of the returned item will be given you in the form of an individual, single time use coupon code. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

A buyer can get free shipping in any of the following cases:

  • For U.S orders, when a buyer spends $75 or more on an order, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • For International orders, when a buyer spends $100 or more on an order, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • For promotional and/or exclusive offers involving 'Free Shipping' in which Savage Babe provides a Promotional Code that either the buyer will be able to apply at checkout or will automatically apply itself at checkout. 
  • For local customers in the Treasure Valley area, the "Pick up from store" option in checkout will allow free in-store pickup. Please email info@savagebabecollection.com for pick-up location & time.

 

HOW DOES THE LOCAL PICKUP OPTION WORK?

For local customers in the Treasure Valley area, the "Pick up from store" option in checkout will allow free in-store pickup. We will then email you to arrange a time for you to come pick up your order once it is ready!

 

WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If the package hasn't yet been shipped, email info@savagebabcollection.com to check the status to see whether we can change the shipping address. If the package has been shipped, please reach out to either PayPal or USPS, OR the address in which the package was mistakenly sent to. Unfortunately, Savage Babe Collection can not be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered.

 If the package gets returned back to the Savage Babe warehouse:

  • Our team will reach out to you for correct shipping information. Shipping & handling costs will be covered by the buyer.

If the package does not get returned back to the Savage Babe warehouse: Under Seller Protection, Savage Babe is only responsible for shipping items over to the address that was provided. The Buyer will need to repurchase an item if they chose to.

  • Savage Babe unfortunately will not be able to cover costs of the lost item. However, upon receiving an email about the circumstances, Savage Babe will provide the buyer with a coupon code.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

The buyer may cancel their order within 60 minutes of creating and submitting the purchase IF the order has not already been processed & shipped. Do note that we cannot make changes to an order once it’s been processed & shipped.

IS SAVAGE BABE'S APPAREL SIZE INCLUSIVE?

GREAT QUESTION! We have been getting asked a lot about this in the last few months. We are currently working to bring in more sizes for all body types and shapes with the mission to accomplish this goal in the next 2 years. Being that Savage Babe started in January 2018, we are still a small business working towards bigger things, that of which includes bringing in more sizes for all women in the community in order to allow all women to rep the brand and movement of Savage Babe. As a small online shop, we are still challenged with obstacles and which make it more difficult for smaller companies (since about 75% of what we create is completely custom) to feat when it comes to getting sizes XL through 3XL in our inventory (especially bottoms!) but have no worries because if you give us your patience and allow the chance to have us space and time grow overtime (as does anything in life), we will not disappoint you!

 WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN?

​Once we have transferred your package to the post office and you receive a confirmation email with your shipping/tracking ID, ​​your package is no longer in the hands of Savage Babe Collection. We aren't responsible for events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. We will do our best to assist our customers regarding their missing packages. Please wait until after the package's scheduled delivery to contact your local post office to file a claim.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTED STRAIGHT FROM THE PACKAGE?

If you receive a defective product, please email our team at info@savagebabecollection.com. Make sure to include clear images of the defect and your order number. From there, we will work on a solution for you.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes we do! We ship to all of the following Military APO FPO addresses:

Shipping via Military Mail (APO, FPO, DPO)

  • APO stands for Army Post Office and is associated with Army or Air Force installations.
  • FPO stands for Fleet Post Office and is associated with Navy installations and ships.
  • DPO stands for Diplomatic Post Office and is associated with U.S. Diplomatic locations.
