WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO RETURN?

The buyer may return anything EXCLUDING:

  • Socks
  • Sports Bras
  • Underwear

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE?

Yes, within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item, as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed. The buyer will be able to exchange the item for another style or size as long the item and its size are still in stock. Unfortunately, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe for exchanged items, so the buyer will need to cover those expenses.

Consider the following examples:

  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another size. As long the size in that same item is still available, the buyer will be able to exchange their shirt. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.
  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another shirt. As long as both shirts are in stock, the buyer will be able to exchange the shirt for another style. A credit for the amount of the returned item will be given you in the form of an individual, single time use coupon code. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.

CAN I EXCHANGE A DISCOUNTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Unfortunately no you will not be able to exchange the item. Our exchange policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

WHAT IF IT'S AFTER THE 30-DAY WINDOW? CAN I STILL EXCHANGE THE ITEM & GET MY MONEY BACK?

After the 30-day window, refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.
